Shipping Policy

LogoStellar primarily offers digital services, including logo design, branding, web design, UI/UX design, and other creative solutions. Since our services are delivered electronically, no physical shipping is required for most orders.

Digital Deliveries

Once your project is completed and approved, all final files will be delivered through:

  • Email
  • Secure cloud storage links
  • Client portal (if applicable)

Delivery timelines vary depending on the service purchased and project scope. Estimated delivery dates will be communicated during the project onboarding process.

Physical Products

If LogoStellar offers physical products, such as printed branding materials or merchandise, shipping details will be provided at the time of purchase.

For physical shipments:

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Shipping times may vary based on destination and carrier availability.
  • Customers will receive tracking information when available.
  • LogoStellar is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information. LogoStellar is not liable for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect details provided during checkout.

Returns Policy

Due to the custom and digital nature of our services, returns are handled differently from physical products.

Digital Design Services

Because design and development work involves time, creativity, and custom deliverables, completed digital services are generally non-returnable.

However, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with the initial design concepts, we offer revisions according to the package and agreement selected during purchase.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Work has not yet started on the project.
  • The project is canceled before any design or development work has begun.
  • LogoStellar is unable to deliver the agreed service due to internal limitations.

Refund requests may not be approved if:

  • Design concepts have already been delivered.
  • Final files have been provided.
  • The customer changes their mind after project completion.
  • Delays occur due to a lack of communication or required materials from the customer.

Physical Product Returns

If a physical product arrives damaged or defective, customers should contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details. We will review the issue and determine whether a replacement, repair, or refund is appropriate.
