  • Comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal proceedings, or lawful requests.

Use of Services

Logostellar is a full-service design, development, branding, and marketing agency serving clients across different industries and locations.

All Services provided through our website or directly by our team are subject to these Terms & Conditions. By engaging Logostellar, you agree to comply with these terms and any project-specific agreements, proposals, or payment terms communicated to you.

Payments & Down Payments

A deposit or initial payment may be required before work begins. Depending on the project, additional payments may become due upon completion of specific milestones or project phases.

Minor adjustments may be required after the completion or delivery of a project. Any additional work, revisions, or modifications outside the agreed scope may result in additional charges.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used for a transaction has sufficient funds to cover the agreed amount. Any payment discrepancy, processing fee, or shortfall may be added to the outstanding balance.

Any discount, credit, or refund must be approved by Logostellar in writing before it is considered valid.

Unresponsive Clients & Outstanding Payments

If a client becomes unresponsive for more than 30 consecutive days regarding an active project or outstanding payment, Logostellar may consider the project inactive or abandoned.

In such circumstances, Logostellar may suspend the project, place it on hold, or pursue any outstanding balance in accordance with the agreed payment terms and applicable law.

Discount Policy

Discounts are offered at the sole discretion of Logostellar and may be available only to selected clients, projects, or promotional arrangements.

A discount may be withdrawn if the client requests work beyond the originally agreed scope, additional concepts, or substantial modifications to the approved project requirements.

Discounts may also become invalid if the client fails to respond to project communications within a reasonable period or does not meet the payment terms associated with the discounted offer.

Ownership of Project Files

Upon full payment and completion of the agreed project, the client will receive the final deliverables specified in the project agreement.

Unused concepts, rejected designs, preliminary drafts, working files, internal materials, source files, and unfinalized concepts remain the property of Logostellar unless their transfer has been specifically agreed upon in writing.

If a client becomes unresponsive for more than six months following the last project communication, Logostellar may place the project permanently on hold. Resuming an inactive project may require a new quotation, updated timeline, and additional fees depending on the project’s status and requirements.

Money-Back & Refund Policy

Logostellar may consider a refund request if a client is dissatisfied with the initial design direction and provides a valid reason within 7 days of project commencement.

Once a project has progressed beyond the initial stage into revisions, additional phases, development, production, or final delivery, payments may become non-refundable.

Refund eligibility may also depend on the project scope, work already completed, third-party costs, and the applicable payment agreement.

Except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing, refunds will not be provided outside the circumstances described in this policy.

Subscription Policy

Subscription-based Services are billed according to the billing cycle selected by the client, such as monthly or annually.

Where automatic billing has been authorized, the applicable subscription fee will be charged to the client’s default payment method on the scheduled renewal date. A payment receipt or renewal notification may be provided by email.

Clients wishing to cancel a subscription must notify their account manager or Logostellar at least 15 days before the next renewal date.

Cancellation does not eliminate any outstanding balances, previously incurred charges, or fees for services already provided.

Dedicated & Full-Time Resources

Dedicated or full-time resources generally operate Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Tasks submitted after 3:00 PM may be delivered on the following business day, depending on the complexity, priority, and workload associated with the request. Where practical, our team may complete same-day requests to maintain project efficiency.

Working schedules, availability, deliverables, and response times may vary depending on the specific resource agreement and project requirements.

Copyright & Trademarks

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, final design deliverables created specifically for a client are intended for that client’s use following full payment.

Logostellar does not automatically register trademarks on behalf of clients. Clients are responsible for registering their brand names, logos, or other intellectual property with the appropriate trademark authorities.

Where a client fails to make payments in accordance with the agreed payment schedule, Logostellar may suspend delivery or usage rights associated with the unpaid work, subject to applicable law and the relevant project agreement.

Logostellar makes reasonable efforts to create original designs and avoid intentional infringement of known third-party intellectual property. However, we cannot guarantee that a design will not resemble an existing concept, trademark, or work of which we were unaware.

If a completed logo is subsequently found to have an unintended similarity to an existing design, Logostellar may, at its discretion, provide a revised or redrawn concept at no additional design fee, subject to the circumstances of the case.

Clients are responsible for conducting appropriate trademark searches and obtaining professional legal advice before registering or commercially using a brand identity.

Violation of Terms

Logostellar reserves the right to suspend or terminate Services where a User materially violates these Terms & Conditions or engages in unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity.

Logostellar may pursue appropriate legal or equitable remedies where necessary to protect its rights, property, business interests, or intellectual property.

Failure byLogostellar to enforce any provision of these Terms & Conditions at any particular time does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision in the future.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision shall be limited or removed to the extent necessary, while the remaining provisions shall continue to remain valid and enforceable.

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with any applicable proposal, quotation, service agreement, payment terms, privacy policy, or other written agreement between Logostellar and the client, constitute the terms governing the relevant Services.

Where there is a conflict between these Terms & Conditions and a specific written agreement, the specific written agreement shall prevail to the extent of that conflict.
